Early morning skies were dotted with cotton clouds. Morning temperatures, still cold, let the snow-painted branches keep their ermine trim. Later in the day drips and plops fell from the trees leaving branches naked once more. It's that in between season.
But- do I see buds? Great sky shot.
ReplyDeleteWe had that in between season snow a few weeks back, it had the same look.
ReplyDeleteThe contrast is great. All so delicate. One of my favourites.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot. I love the bright blue sky. The snow on the branches almost seems to be mirroring the clouds.
ReplyDeleteOh, lovely colours! We've had scenes almost exactly like this, too. It's beautiful when the sky turns so blue.
