I have always liked this bridge, constructed to carry trains over the road. Built of stone and draped with greenery, it has character. Just down the street from this are concrete overpasses - sterile. They seem to need repairs more often than this venerable bridge. It was built in a time when labour was cheap and architecture was for the aesthetic as well as function.
