I pass this building fairly often. It seems to be abandonned - a perfect place for graffiti. I can't imagine the risks these spray painters take to get to where they need to be to add their marks. I think this is an old malt factory. It is sad to see old buildings fall into disrepair. It would be nice to see a new use for this structure.
This would make a great condo or apartment complex. It also might serve as an arts facility. All it would take is someone with lots of cash!
