What is life without whimsy
The muppets frolicking
Fairy tales
Silly poems
and voyages
Through the imagination

I cannot imagine
life without Alice
and her wondrous adventures
or Chagall's floating people
No talking animals
or magic carpets to ride

I hope always to see
The fun and folly in life
To find the whimsy
And look with the eyes
of my inner child
