Carolina Chocolate Drops
Need a smile, a little toe-tapping? Go to a concert of the Carolina Chocolate Drops who bill themselves as an African-American string band. My grinning muscles were overworked as their energetic, driving music was just the thing on a summer night. Banjos, guitars, mandolin, some great fiddling, a jug and mouth music (beatboxing) - hard to resist!
