Another Condo Build
Everywhere you look there seem to be new condos being built. Gas stations have given way to small condo projects while larger buildings are going up where older buildings have been demolished. This one is going up in my neighbourhood. I look at it with some nostalgia as I think of the restaurants and stores that were sacrificed for this development.

One wonders where are all the people who will reside in these new condos! What happened to striving for 'balance'? We see it in our neighborhood, too (though we don't have hi-rise condos...)
ReplyDeleteSo Montreal is still in a building boom? Our Denver real estate has definitely slowed. However, just down the street from my house in Breckenridge 2 new houses are being built.
