Utensils
We're house-sitting, dog-sitting, being a support to father / in-law. I find it hard to cook in someone else's kitchen. Nothing is where I expect it to be and the herbs or spices I usually use are not necessarily available. So cooking simple meals is sometimes complicated - a treasure hunt through drawers and cupboards to find what I need.

Been there done that. I agree with you - the simple act of creating a meal becomes an adventure, and not necessarily an enjoyable one when food is burning or boiling over...
Think of it as a 'treasure' hunt! ;)
